Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. As an Asset Protection Team Leader, you will oversee the store’s asset protection program to ensure the safety and security of team members, guests, and property. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, implementing theft prevention measures, conducting safety inspections, supporting investigations, and ensuring proper compliance with security processes. You will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain a safe shopping environment and prevent retail loss.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Team Leadership and Supervisory Skills
Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and Physical Security processes
Background in Law Enforcement or related security fields is a plus
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills related to safety and prevention
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively to achieve goals
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or loss prevention are preferred
