Job Summary
This is an entry‑level role where you will communicate with customers via phone and email regarding aircraft parts inquiries. You will fulfill orders by locating parts in the warehouse, confirming proper documentation, and preparing shipments to meet customer requirements. Additionally, you will handle invoicing in NetSuite, collect payments, and process shipments.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Functions / Responsibility
Assist customers with quotes and inquiries on availability of inventory.
Follow up with customers in outstanding quotes.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and vendors.
Protect customer information in accordance with privacy laws.
Respond and manage difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
Input accurate customer data into database system.
Process customer orders from quote through shipping and invoicing.
Communicate with Manager and Supervisor on customer concerns.

Must possess a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
Must have a High School diploma or GED.
Customer service background (preferred but not required).
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, computer software & internet proficiency.
Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and management.
Has strong attention to detail.
Has the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks.
Work Environment & Culture Skills
Candidate must be able to read, understand, and write English.
Must possess a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
Must have a High School diploma or GED.
