We are seeking a creative, motivated college student with an interest in marketing, branding, and social media to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist & Social Media Marketing Assistant. This unique role blends front desk responsibilities with hands‑on experience in digital marketing within a high‑end plastic surgery practice and accredited outpatient surgery center.
This position is ideal for students looking to build real‑world experience in social media strategy, content creation, and brand development while gaining exposure to the business side of a medical practice.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Office Support
Greet and assist patients in a professional, welcoming manner
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Support daily administrative tasks and overall office workflow
Marketing & Social Media
Create, schedule, and manage content for Facebook and Instagram
Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies
Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and help grow online presence
Capture and organize photo/video content (before & afters, office culture, educational posts)
Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns (FB/IG ads)
Track basic analytics and performance of campaigns
Help maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
