Senior PCB Designer – Product Sustaining & Redesign
Location: Coopersburg, PA
Job Description Lead end-to-end redesign and sustainment of an existing product, including component obsolescence, PCB updates, testing, and production release. Drive cross‑functional coordination to ensure smooth implementation and manufacturing transition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead redesign from obsolete components to production
Evaluate and qualify alternate components
Assess PCB, schematic, and firmware changes
Develop and execute test & validation plans
Support BOM updates and production launch
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
7+ years of experience
Hands‑on with lab equipment (oscilloscope, etc.)
Experience in testing, validation, and sustaining engineering
