Trade Marketing Coordinator, US Location: Doral, FL

Pay Rate: $30/hr

Contract: Long-term Contract with goal of converting to permanent

About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Trade Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and external partners, playing a key part in bringing campaigns to life across digital, email, social, print, and events.

What You’ll Do Campaign Execution & Project Coordination

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and events

Manage timelines, deliverables, and production schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality execution

Coordinate campaign workflows, including asset development, approvals, and final delivery

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal teams including Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, and Creative to align on messaging and campaign goals

Communicate campaign details, timelines, and updates to regional sales teams and external partners

Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors

Events & Partner Marketing

Support the planning and execution of trade events, partnerships, webinars, and sponsorships

Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and on-site or virtual execution as needed

Content & Sales Enablement

Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collateral, campaign toolkits, and sales enablement materials

Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and are tailored for trade audiences

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting on key metrics and KPIs

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns

Operations & Administration

Track project progress, manage approvals, and maintain organized campaign documentation

Submit invoices and support budget tracking for marketing initiatives

Ensure internal platforms and portals are kept up to date

What You Bring

3–5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or project management

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, web, etc.)

Experience managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Smartsheet, CMS platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus

Familiarity with Google Analytics or campaign reporting is a plus

Preferred Background

Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury, or real estate marketing

Exposure to event marketing, partnerships, or agency environments

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
