Field Marketing, Central
LangChain, Cincinnati, OH, United States
About Us
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production‑ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open‑source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re accelerating growth and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together.
About The Role LangChain is looking for a
Field Marketing Manager
to help us turn real‑world experiences into pipeline and community growth. You’ll own the execution of high‑impact events—from major AI conferences and developer meetups to executive dinners and technical workshops. Your job is to ensure LangChain shows up in the right places, creates meaningful experiences for developers and enterprise buyers, and converts momentum into pipeline. The role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations, and you’ll partner closely with sales to drive regional pipeline and engage the rapidly growing ecosystem around LangChain.
What You’ll Do
Run High‑Impact Events
– Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships. Own everything from planning and vendor coordination to on‑site execution and post‑event strategy.
Drive Pipeline Through Field Programs
– Partner with sales to ensure events generate real pipeline. Set goals for meetings, leads, and opportunities—and ensure strong follow‑up after every event.
Partner Closely with Sales
– Work with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and launch targeted events or field programs to engage priority accounts. Develop account‑based marketing plans with sales for the high‑priority accounts.
Identify the Right Opportunities
– Evaluate third‑party conferences and sponsorships to determine where LangChain should show up and how we can stand out.
Own Event Operations
– Coordinate logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event tech. Ensure reps are prepped and ready to maximize every event.
Build the Playbook
– Continuously refine our field marketing playbook—testing formats, improving ROI, and scaling what works.
