In this role, you will be required to split your time between the office and travel to various events and retail sites. In the office you will assist the Sr. Manager of Event Marketing with recruiting, hiring, training of Event Marketing Promoters and reaching out to events to lock down vendor and sponsorship agreements. Duties will include training new hires, conducting 1 on 1s, scheduling, preparing supplies for the team and assisting the event manager with finding events in Charleston and Hilton Head. While out of the office you will make site visits at assigned events, set up at events and hiring fairs, conduct onsite training with Event Marketing Promoters (including lead generation) and submit a review of each site visit to the Sr. Manager of Event Marketing. What You’ll Be Doing | The Role

Foster a culture of positive reinforcement at each event/retail location Conduct event site visits each weekend to give on‑site coaching, write a review of every site visit, and turn it in to the Sr. Manager Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Assist with researching and booking events/retail locations Ensure all RBA lead‑setting policies and procedures are in place and followed, even at risk of losing an appointment Keep a positive, competitive atmosphere between event agents Be the point of contact for all event agents on location Be actively working whenever your team is working, ideally out in the field visiting. If not, you are still expected to be ready to go out in the field if a rep needs extra supplies Take on call‑center responsibilities when necessary to ensure appointments are qualified and scheduled Conduct in‑person 1 on 1s with your team to provide extra coaching and performance management Set up, execute, and break down events as needed Provide the Senior Manager with consumer feedback and information for event recaps Maintain professionalism at all times Keep track of inventory and ensure display materials are in good working order What You’ll Bring | The Person

Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role supporting teams of 5–10 outside agents Experience in marketing and/or sales Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment Microsoft Experience Ability to conduct research, work under tight deadlines, develop, and organize information Be data driven; ability to tell a story based on qualitative and quantitative data Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be able to lift, bend, step up, and kneel Must be able to lift 50 lbs What’s in It for You | Benefits
