About The Role We are looking for an exceptional Brand & Communications Manager to spearhead the brand stream, leading strategy and campaign operations for Circles.Life, Singapore’s boldest digital telco. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will operate at the intersection of high‑impact B2C consumer engagement and strategic B2B advisory for our global telco partners. You will also own the PR communications landscape, collaborating with the Corporate marketing team to drive PR media strategy for strategic partners. The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of creative instinct and operational rigor, with a proven track record of launching and scaling brands within digital‑first ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies to sharpen brand identity and market positioning, ensuring 360° brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Monitor brand health and market sentiment (BHT, search intent, SOV), translating data into high‑performing brand communication strategies.

Own yearly brand campaign end‑to‑end planning: lead brand calendar and delivery of integrated campaigns, from big‑idea development to in‑market execution.

Manage brand consistency with creative, media, agencies and local marketing teams to ensure all outputs are bold, high‑quality, and on‑brand.

Own PR media strategy: drive a proactive PR roadmap to secure high‑tier coverage, manage reputation, and keep Circles.Life at the heart of the cultural conversation.

Lead storytelling and submission process for industry awards to cement our status as a global disruptor & innovator.

Support global partners by sharing best‑practice frameworks, case studies and brand success stories from across markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing or Communications, ideally in fast‑paced, consumer‑facing digital environments (e.g., e‑commerce, tech, telco, fintech).

Proven track record of launching or scaling high‑growth digital brands through bold, integrated campaigns (organic & paid social, earned media, BTL activations).

Strong eye for design and copy, with experience managing agencies and creative teams to deliver world‑class outputs.

Ability to translate complex consumer insights and brand health metrics into resonant, high‑impact narratives.

Deep expertise managing media relations and earned media strategy to drive cultural relevance and positive brand sentiment.

Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading multiple high‑stakes initiatives in an agile, “startup‑style” environment.

Startup mindset: agile, hands‑on, adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity.

Strong regional understanding of SEA preferred; global experience a plus.
