Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and promotion of client‑facing events, webinars, and internal marketing initiatives. This role collaborates closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless event delivery, effective communication, and brand consistency. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating and delivering client‑facing events, webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and internal marketing initiatives to ensure successful execution

Oversee post‑event activities, including follow‑up communications, attendee engagement, reporting, and distribution of materials for continuous improvement

Support the promotion of firm events and programs through email campaigns, digital channels, and internal communications to maximize engagement

Draft and distribute event‑related communications such as invitations, reminders, announcements, and post‑event messaging to maintain consistent branding

Maintain and update event calendars and sponsorship tracking tools to ensure accuracy and timely execution of marketing activities

Assist with editing and formatting video content for use in webinars, events, and broader marketing initiatives to enhance audience experience

Help develop and format PowerPoint presentations for attorney speaking engagements and client‑facing events to ensure professional quality

Coordinate sponsorship execution, including branded materials, signage, presentations, and digital assets to meet client and firm standards

Monitor timelines, deliverables, and approval processes for all event‑related marketing initiatives to ensure deadlines are met

Organize and maintain event documentation, including templates, attendee lists, and performance summaries for future reference

Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the marketing team as needed

Required Experience/Skills

2+ years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or professional services marketing

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and event timelines in a fast‑paced environment

Experience supporting the planning and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and marketing campaigns, with strong attention to detail and follow‑through

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting event‑related content and internal communications

Preferred Experience/Skills

Law firm or professional services marketing experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms

Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools

Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams

Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Continuing education or certifications in event planning or digital marketing is a plus
