In this pivotal role, you will drive high-priority operational initiatives and facilitate seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more. Your ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes will significantly impact organizational effectiveness and the overall revenue strategy. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will align resources and insights to ensure rapid execution and optimal performance within a high-growth environment. This position also offers you the chance to engage with complex organizational dynamics while advocating for systemic improvements.

Accountabilities

Act as a strategic partner to the CRO, driving high-priority operational initiatives across various departments.

Convert high-level vision into actionable execution plans with clear accountability.

Drive completion of mission-critical projects as a proxy for the CRO.

Design and manage the GTM operating model including forecasting cycles and leadership sessions.

Identify friction points and architect scalable solutions.

Synthesize performance metrics into actionable insights.

Serve as a bridge between departments to ensure cross-functional execution.

Connect disparate workstreams to identify risks and opportunities.

Prepare materials for Board meetings and Executive Leadership sessions.

Facilitate rapid decision-making through structured discussions.

Orchestrate internal communication strategies for the CRO.

Own execution of critical GTM workstreams.

Pilot new revenue motions from concept to scalable process.

Lead efforts to resolve systemic bottlenecks.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or BizOps.

Strong understanding of revenue metrics and operations.

Proficiency in translating complex data into strategic insights.

Ability to pivot between high-level strategy and detailed execution.

Exceptional project management skills in fast-paced environments.

Finisher mindset with strong ownership skills.

Experience within the SaaS ecosystem is highly preferred.

Proven success in high-growth startup environments.

Domain knowledge in the Nonprofit sector is desired.
