Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Employee Benefits Specialist, based in Colorado Springs, CO with opportunities for partial remote work. The Employee Benefits Specialist will manage and administer employee benefits programs, serve as a key resource for customer service inquiries, and act as a liaison between clients and the organization to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires building and maintaining client relationships, providing guidance on insurance products, and delivering exceptional account management services.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits expertise

Strong understanding of insurance products and regulations

Exceptional Customer Service and Account Management skills

Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills

Ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships

Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

Experience in a client‑facing role within the insurance or benefits industry is a plus
