Responsibilities
Manage client transactions from initiation through completion
Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process
Handle high volume of client communication via phone, email, and written correspondence
Maintain accurate transaction documentation and files
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant transaction processing
Respond to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Support sales and marketing efforts as needed
Requirements
Background in real estate closings, title, escrow, or real estate paralegal work preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client-facing experience with a professional, service-oriented demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Real estate or legal background a plus
1031 exchange experience a plus but not required
