
Lead Sales Administration

As a Lead Sales Administration in our service business your goal is to oversee sales support activities and order management. You’ll partner with sales leaders, operations, and supply chain to maximize the efficiencies of the sales processes while maximizing revenues. This role will also be directly responsible for driving continuous improvement in the sales administration function. #LI-MD1 #LI-Hybrid
You will do this by:
Leading sales administration and order management activities to efficiently maintain a high level of customer service
Leading the onboarding of new customers to optimize efficiencies in the sales administration function
Managing and monitoring customer contracts, compliance issues and customer set-up and maintenance within relevant systems
Participating in Sales and Operations Planning meetings to provide key details of upcoming changes from key customers
Analyzing metrics against financial plans
Providing support for systems used for sales administration and drive continuous improvement in process and systems
Performing a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; department budget

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field OR equivalent education and experience
At least five years of relevant business experience and/or order management/customer service experience or a combination thereof
Experience driving continuous improvement
Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred
SAP experience preferred
Experience with a consumer products manufacturing company preferredThorough knowledge and understanding of sales administration and order management duties
Strong team leader with the ability to evaluate the needs of the organization and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Solid communication, written and verbal skills
Ability to exercise sound problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
