We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Investor Relations Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between the company and its investors, analysts, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing communications, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring transparency that builds investor confidence and supports long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities Investor Communication & Engagement

Develop and manage relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver investor communications, including earnings releases, presentations, and reports.

Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.

Analyze financial performance and communicate key insights to investors.

Assist in developing investor messaging aligned with company strategy and results.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment.

Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on investor expectations and positioning.

Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, capital markets activities, and investor meetings.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure all communications comply with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.

Maintain accurate and consistent messaging across all investor materials.

Support corporate governance and reporting standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with finance, legal, executive leadership, and communications teams.

Align investor messaging with business strategy and operational performance.

Assist in planning investor events, earnings calls, and roadshows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or corporate communications

Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and capital markets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and presentation skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in publicly traded companies or working with institutional investors

Familiarity with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements

MBA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications

Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques

Background in investor communications or corporate strategy
