Lead Product Owner – Digital Solutions The Lead Product Owner – Digital Solutions is a senior product leader responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a portfolio of digital health solutions. This role spans the full product lifecycle—from vision and discovery through launch, optimization, and scale—and operates with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead a portfolio of digital health solutions (e.g., EMR enhancements, operational workflow tools, patient engagement platforms, analytics and decision support capabilities) aligned to strategy.

Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and enterprise‑level prioritization, making key decisions on value trade‑offs and release sequencing across multiple product teams.

Partner with clinical operations, compliance, engineering, data, and design to deliver scalable, user‑centered registration solutions and oversee development of epics, requirements, and complex user stories.

Establish and monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory alignment (HIPAA, CMS, identity standards), and lead continuous optimization of digital registration performance post‑launch.

Provide leadership and representation, including mentoring Product Owners, shaping team culture, and participating in senior leadership forums and cross‑enterprise initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Health Informatics, Business), including experience leading enterprise‑scale digital products.

7+ years of product management (or related) experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role, ideally in digital health or virtual care.

Proven ability to define and deliver product roadmaps using Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and leading agile ceremonies.

Strong understanding of value‑based care models, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.

Demonstrated success using data, user research, and clinical insights to guide product decisions, improve outcomes, and track key KPIs (e.g., roadmap delivery, feature adoption, NPS, care gap closure).

Excellent collaboration skills with clinicians, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, and strong communication abilities to influence senior leadership and non‑technical audiences.

Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S. to support product initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Remote role; must be available to work normal business hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in business administration, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.

Experience in senior‑focused or Medicare Advantage care models, especially within virtual or hybrid care delivery systems.

Certification in Agile or Product Management, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Pragmatic Institute certification.
