Associate Director, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, New York, NY Management and support of the Single Stock Flow Derivatives Trading Platform. Responsible for making decisions over trading strategy and direction of the analytical platform. Conduct research, implementation, and maintenance of trading strategies and pricing models. Oversee market data calibration (volatility, dividend, and borrow cost) and maintain the stability of flow trading models and platforms. Lead issue resolution and project management to enhance the analytics platform.

Telecommuting permitted 1 day per week.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $247,333 per year.

Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience.

3 years of experience in system design and maintenance.

3 years of experience in C++, Python, and C#.

3 years of experience in quantitative finance.

3 years of experience in trading strategy implementation.

Experience with database languages (SQL and Q).

Experience in pricing and risk model development.

Experience with the Internet Communications Engine (ICE) framework.

Salary and Benefits The base salary for this job is $247,333 per year. This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time‑off plan.
