About the role The

Senior Manager, Partner Marketing

will lead strategy, planning, and execution of co‑marketing campaigns with priority partners. You’ll build relationships across internal teams and external partners and serve as a subject matter expert on marketing with and to partners and the partner referral journey. This role translates partnership strategy into scalable marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline, merchant acquisition, and partner‑sourced revenue.

As the internal expert on partner‑led growth, you will define best practices for joint messaging, campaign planning, activation, and performance measurement, ensuring programs are data‑driven and repeatable.

This position operates at the intersection of Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Sales. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to design and launch multi‑channel initiatives—including thought leadership content, webinars, virtual and in‑person events, landing pages, social amplification, customer stories, and integrated campaigns—that expand reach, strengthen partner relationships, and accelerate merchant growth.

Success in this role requires strong program management, executive communication, and the ability to influence without authority while balancing partner priorities with business objectives.

Primary Objectives

Drive measurable revenue growth through strategic partner marketing.

Lead the strategy, goal creation, execution, and optimization of integrated co‑marketing programs that increase partner‑sourced referrals, accelerate pipeline, and grow annual recurring revenue across Auctane’s portfolio of brands.

Own and grow marketing relationships with key strategic partners.

Develop and activate joint marketing plans with leading e‑commerce platforms, marketplaces, carriers, and agencies—aligning on shared objectives, success metrics, and mutual growth outcomes.

Lead high‑impact co‑marketing programs and content.

Direct the development of compelling, benefit‑driven campaigns and assets—including webinars, case studies, thought leadership, events, and digital activations—that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Own and optimize the partner referral journey.

Define and track KPIs across the partner‑sourced acquisition funnel, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous optimization in collaboration with Sales, Growth, and Partner teams to improve conversion and pipeline velocity. Be the authority on the tools we use (and embrace AI) to scale day‑to‑day execution.

Scale partner marketing through process and operational excellence.

Translate strategy into clear, structured execution plans with defined milestones, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Build repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and best practices that enable cross‑functional teams to efficiently activate and scale partner programs.

Support company‑wide partner go‑to‑market initiatives.

Partner with Product, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships and Sales to bring new integrations, features, and partnerships to market with strong positioning, coordinated execution, and measurable business impact.

Contribute to team leadership and capability growth.

Elevate partner marketing standards, share best practices, and support your team’s development as the function scales to meet company growth objectives.

What will you be doing?

Strategy:

analyze business and marketing opportunities to bring maximized value to the business; drive goals and objectives with measurable milestones and initiatives; understand organizational context, partner ecosystem, and customer merchant segments; develop structures and processes that increase team productivity. Translate business objectives into measurable marketing programs with clear KPIs, targets, and ROI expectations—continuously optimizing performance to increase referrals, conversion, and lifetime value.

Relationships:

building relationships with partners based on mutual interest in merchant success; aligning with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Strategic partnerships). Own partner marketing relationships with key e‑commerce platforms, marketplaces, and agencies—aligning on shared goals, joint plans, and measurable revenue outcomes.

Project management:

ability to scope, define, and lead projects across departments with well‑defined milestones and timeframes, and with clear value to the business; identify and clear roadblocks for stakeholders and bring solutions to problems. Develop and execute integrated co‑marketing campaigns across content, webinars, case studies, events, digital activations, and product launches to drive partner‑sourced acquisition and pipeline growth. Build scalable processes and playbooks that improve efficiency, repeatability, and the overall effectiveness of partner marketing programs.

Communication:

interact with key partners and internal stakeholders and lead meetings; set proper and clear expectations across departments; articulate a strategic vision; effectively present to internal and external audiences; clearly communicate the value of each product. Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, Sales, Product, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships teams to ensure aligned execution and impact. Manage initiatives end‑to‑end—from strategy and planning through launch, reporting, and optimization—while proactively removing roadblocks and maintaining momentum.

Experienced marketer with a command of marketing concepts, strong relationship‑building track record, and understanding of marketing platforms in social and digital marketing.

Understands organizational context, strategy, and goals; a marketer who can tie their efforts toward goals and delivering business value.

Creative and effective problem solver who can bring ideas and perspectives.

What will make you stand out?

Proven track record in marketing with and to strategic partners specifically marketplaces and e‑commerce.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.

Ten or more (10+) years of work experience within the marketing field with progressive responsibilities.
