Wipro is hiring a P&L leader for a large AI account within the Technology and New Age sector. This leader must have proven experience with Alphabet / Google and will be positioned into a fast‑tracked career within the sector and at Wipro. As a P&L head, you will be responsible for direct client relationships and will create, mobilize and deliver against a ratified strategic plan. Core responsibilities span business and market development, technology build, sales operations and team management, with success measured by effective revenue growth, pipeline and order booking.
Role & Responsibilities
As the P&L and Account Leader, you & your team will own direct pipeline creation, revenue generation and order booking against account targets
You will build and own deep relationships with CXOs and position Wipro as an AI Leader in the market and on enterprise social media (working alongside marketing)
You will own the strategic account plan, hiring & resourcing, ecosystem development and service & IP roadmaps (as applicable to the P&L). You will be the central business owner for the stated P&L
You will be responsible for cross‑collaboration across the Wipro ecosystem from CTO to Venture to Global Business Lines to create compelling propositions for the client
Be deeply involved with contract management and remain the custodian of all engagement contracts across the P&L
Qualifications
10+ Years of Direct Enterprise Sales Experience with demonstrable Alphabet / Google experience. Partner or channel management is not considered direct sales experience
A strong history displaying year-on-year revenue growth with the critical ability to create sizeable deal pipelines and convert them in effective time
Provable client connections and sales roster
Engineering Background with a Management Degree preferred
Tangible experience in one of the following domains: Semiconductor or VLSI or Hardware, Data Centers, AI and Foundational Models. Software & Open Source, Enterprise Applications and Full Product Development / Engineering experience
Compensation The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Compensation also includes benefits as per Wipro’s standard package: medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and other paid/unpaid leave options.
