
Ecommerce & Social Media Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Ecommerce & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our digital presence across ecommerce platforms and social channels. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how to build, grow, and optimize an online brand: from content creation to performance tracking to revenue impact. You will be responsible for executing and improving social media strategy while supporting ecommerce growth across both B2C and B2B channels.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on engagement and brand visibility
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and product goals
Create, curate, and schedule high‑quality content (posts, reels, campaigns)
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and promotions
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics and trends
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, product launches, and campaigns
Support ecommerce initiatives, including product promotion, campaigns, and customer engagement
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling
Experience building and executing content strategies
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools (Shopify or similar is a plus)
Experience supporting both B2C and B2B ecommerce environments
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
