Overview How you can make a difference
Under the Financial Planning & Analysis division (FP&A), this role will work across all departments and business divisions to a broad range of financial and decision support to senior business leaders, including the preparation and maintenance of short-term and long-term financial forecasts, evaluation of new corporate initiatives, and other ad hoc projects. This position typically performs work in a centralized, corporate environment and reports to the Vice President of FP&A; this individual will support the FP&A function by focusing their efforts on Revenue forecasting, planning and reporting for the business.
What you’ll be doing
Leads all aspects of preparation of the revenue budgets and forecasts, financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual) and analysis, and management reporting.
Build and maintains sophisticated models that identify trends and key business drivers and enhance the Company’s ability to predict future financial results.
Collaborates with other departments to provide key financial analysis support.
Contributes to the preparation of Management and board-level reporting packages and presentations.
Contributes to the success of the FP&A team by being a valuable resource to FP&A team members for questions, suggestions and mentorship.
Building a more sustainable/scalable revenue model
The “Go to” person for revenue variance analysis
Post mortem analysis; what happened? Why did it happen?
Revenue attribution analysis
Build a more sustainable long-range revenue forecast
What you will need to be successful
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
An MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant degree or certification is preferred.
Excellent technical knowledge of finance and accounting functional areas is required.
Experience within healthcare insurance or benefits industry preferred.
Highly analytical with strong communication skills – the ideal candidate will have demonstrated a track record of superior financial modeling and using analysis to influence decision-making, including prior experience in a corporate finance and/or accounting.
Self-starter who is highly team-oriented, inquisitive, and enjoys problem solving; strong work‑ethic is a must
8+ years prior work experience with a consistent track record of success
Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described. Incumbents must have the ability to persuade and negotiate with others while projecting a professional image.
The ability to collaborate with, encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation across teams/departments. Incumbents must also have the ability to initiate and direct comprehensive programs and initiatives as described.

Salary Range $137500.00 To $190000.00 / year
