
Business Development Manager*

Qualifications
Several years of experience in Business Development or software license sales (B2B).
Strong technical understanding of embedded software and wireless communication protocols.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills for market and pricing analysis.
Proactive, independent work style with a strong hunter mentality.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in the sensor or metering industry is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
Market Segment Analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Identify high-potential target customers in Germany, across Europe, and globally.
Design and continuously improve licensing models to meet market and customer needs.
Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline for software license opportunities.
Drive customer acquisition and lead contract negotiations with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, and system integrators.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hardware manufacturers and distributors.
Define key performance indicators, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to executive management.
