
Senior Asset Manager

We are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join a fully integrated multifamily investment firm based in Houston. This individual will oversee a growing portfolio of assets across Texas and the Southeast, including both new development lease‑ups and stabilized communities. This is a high‑impact role focused on driving financial performance, executing business plans, and maximizing asset value.
This company has an office in West Houston, but allows some flexibility to work from home as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio, including lease‑ups and stabilized assets
Execute asset‑level business plans to drive NOI growth and maximize returns
Analyze monthly financials, budgets, and forecasts; provide strategic recommendations
Partner with property management teams to optimize occupancy, rent growth, and expense control
Lead due diligence and transition efforts for acquisitions and new developments
Monitor and execute capital improvement projects and value‑add initiatives
Prepare and present reporting packages to senior leadership and ownership
Qualifications
5–8+ years of asset management experience within multifamily real estate
Experience overseeing both lease‑up and stabilized assets
Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Proven ability to manage multiple assets and execute strategic business plans
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation $135,000 – $165,000 base salary + bonus
