What's the Job?
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, managing complex calendars and scheduling.
Coordinate and arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries on short notice, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Handle expense reports and reimbursements for multiple executives using Concur and Excel.
Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint, and assist with various ad hoc requests as needed.
Manage office operations and support lower-level administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
What's Needed?
HS/GED Completion
Proven experience (3-5 Years) supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting tools - SAP Concur, Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and maintain professionalism under pressure.
