About the Role We’re seeking a Digital Media Buyer to support

Republican

political campaigns and allied organizations. This role executes paid digital advertising across platforms (Meta, Google, X, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) to drive advocacy, persuasion, turnout, fundraising, and list‑building goals. Our ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands‑on buying experience, strong analytical instincts, and a passion for conservative politics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across social, search, display, video, and programmatic channels aligned with campaign goals.

Set up, manage, and optimize ad buys in platform UIs and ad management tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, X, DV360, DSPs, etc.).

Develop audience targeting strategies (lookalike, interest, behavioral, CRM onboarding) and implement A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and targeting.

Monitor performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, and creatives to meet KPIs (CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, engagement).

Build campaign tracking and reporting: UTM tagging, conversion pixels, and attribution checks.

Produce clear performance reports and actionable insights for internal staff and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with creative, communications, and data teams to align messaging, landing pages, and follow‑ups.

Maintain compliance with platform policies and campaign/ad legal guidelines.

Stay current on platform features, policy changes, and political ad requirements.

Required Qualifications

Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; familiarity with programmatic platforms or DSPs a plus.

Strong analytics skills: ability to interpret metrics, run A/B tests, and translate results into optimizations.

Basic knowledge of tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion measurement.

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven political environments.

Excellent communication skills; able to present performance and recommendations clearly.

Commitment to Republican/conservative political values or working priorities (campaign/job‑specific).

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years direct experience buying and optimizing paid digital media (agency, campaign, or in‑house).

Experience with CRM/advertising integrations, voter data, or CTV/connected TV buys.

Experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau).

Familiarity with compliance requirements for political advertising on major platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, political science, data analytics, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $55–$65K
