
CPG Retail/Sales Growth Manager

What You’ll Own
Full ownership of all retail and wholesale accounts — you are the single point of contact for every buyer, category manager, distributor rep, and wholesale partner we work with, existing and new.
Lead all outreach and pitch efforts to expand into new retail doors — including premium natural grocers (Erewhon, Whole Foods, Earth Fare, Fresh Thyme), specialty wellness boutiques, gyms, med spas, chiropractors, functional medicine practices, and emerging wellness retail concepts.
Manage all aspects of KeHE and UNFI distributor relationships — including order management, promotional submissions, deduction resolution, sell‑through reporting, and rep relationship development.
Own all existing retail accounts completely — replenishment forecasting, promotional planning, new item submissions, resets, shelf performance monitoring, and ongoing buyer relationship management across every door we’re in.
Build and maintain a live pipeline of prospective retail and wholesale accounts with outreach cadences, follow‑up sequences, and detailed meeting notes — running the full retail operation without requiring founder involvement in day‑to‑day account work.
Submit and manage all promotional programming — including TPRs, ad features, endcap opportunities, digital promotions, and retailer‑specific marketing placements across all accounts.
Coordinate with operations and fulfillment on purchase orders, inventory levels, lead times, and restock to ensure zero stockouts across all retail and wholesale accounts.
Develop and manage wholesale accounts beyond traditional retail — including practitioners, wellness studios, corporate wellness programs, and any non‑DTC channel that represents a volume opportunity.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and buyer meetings as the face of The Patch Method in retail channels — representing the brand with expertise, authority, and confidence.
Track and report on retail velocity, sell‑through rates, door count, and account health — delivering a monthly retail performance summary to the CEO with clear growth and risk flags.
