Role Overview Sila is seeking a
Senior Salesforce Product Owner
to help drive enterprise Salesforce Sales Cloud delivery within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This role partners closely with Product Management, business stakeholders, and Agile delivery teams to translate roadmap priorities and complex business needs into a well-defined, prioritized backlog that drives meaningful business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong product owner who thrives in large, complex environments, communicates effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and brings the judgment, adaptability, and accountability expected in high-impact enterprise delivery contexts. The work supports primarily B2B sales processes, with some B2C transactional considerations.
This position requires
in-office collaboration
five days per week and residence within the Seattle metro area.
Job Description What You'll Do
Serve as the Product Owner for an Agile team delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities within a SAFe-aligned Agile Release Train (ART).
Partner closely with Product Management to align team backlog priorities with roadmap direction, feature intent, and business value.
Translate high-level or ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable user stories, enablers, and defects with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Decompose features into incremental, deliverable work while managing dependencies and sequencing across teams.
Lead and participate in backlog refinement, iteration planning, PI Planning, system demos, and story acceptance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery partners to clarify requirements and drive alignment.
Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and prioritization trade-offs clearly.
Ensure delivery aligns to business outcomes, user needs, enterprise standards, and quality expectations.
Support the development of Salesforce capabilities such as:
Pipeline & Opportunity management
Account/contact management
Forecasting & Territory Management
AI & Automation (Agentforce / Einstein)
Quoting & Contracts
Reporting and related integrations
Qualifications Required Qualifications
7+ years’ experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar Agile roles.
Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in a SAFe environment, including PI Planning and backlog ownership.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Product Owner and Salesforce certifications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Product Owner and Salesforce certifications.
Experience with /certifications in Agentforce, Data Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, CRM Analytics.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with complex sales cycles.

$100,000 - $175,000 a year
