Job Title
Guidewire Cloud Config Architect

Role Objective
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Cloud Config Architect to design, build, and optimize scalable integration solutions within a modern Guidewire Cloud environment. This role focuses on driving cloud adoption, modernizing legacy integrations, and enabling seamless digital experiences through API-first architecture and the Jutro Digital Platform.
Key Responsibilities Cloud Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integration components using the Guidewire Integration Framework, including Integration Gateway, Application Events, and Cloud APIs.
Digital Transformation: Partner with front-end teams to expose core backend functionalities to the Jutro Digital Platform via RESTful services.
Legacy Modernization: Refactor and transform legacy Gosu-heavy integrations into cloud-native, API-driven solutions to reduce technical debt and improve scalability.
Operational Excellence: Leverage the Guidewire Cloud Console to manage environments, automate builds, and support code promotion across SDLC stages.
Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to convert designs and blueprints from Advanced Product Designer (APD) into robust technical integration specifications.
Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud configuration and development
Hands‑on experience with Guidewire Integration Framework, including:
Integration Gateway
Messaging
Plugins
Proficiency in RESTful APIs (Guidewire Cloud API) and working knowledge of SOAP-based services
Strong programming skills in Gosu, Java, XML, and JSON
Experience with Guidewire Studio and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket)
Understanding of cloud fundamentals (AWS or Azure), including:
Secrets management
Environment and deployment workflows via Cloud Console
Preferred Skills Exposure to Jutro Digital Platform and digital front‑end integrations
Basic understanding of ReactJS or the Jutro Design System
Experience in API-first architecture and cloud-native design patterns
Familiarity with Advanced Product Designer (APD) concepts and artifacts
