As the Director of Dining Services, you will be responsible for our dining services department's overall management and compliance, while ensuring excellence for our residents. Job Summary The Director of Dining Services oversees operation of the Dietary Department to include staffing, food ordering, preparation, food delivery and sanitation in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations. Responsible for directing various duties in and around the kitchen, promotes and demonstrates excellence in customer service and safety.
Qualifications
CDM certification, or willingness to obtain certification and/or other state‑specific requirements.
ServSafe certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
Restaurant leadership experience, especially within the healthcare industry, will help you thrive in this role.
Able to interact professionally, positively, and collaboratively with Dietician/Nutritionist and team members.
Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
