A Western New Jersey Real Estate Company is seeking a high-level Growth & Sales Leader to drive growth, productivity, and market dominance.

This is a full-time, non-selling leadership role designed for a driven, influential leader who thrives on building people, recruiting talent, and leading a results-focused organization.

For the right person, this is not just a position; it is an opportunity to build and shape a dominant real estate company in the region.

Relocation to Western New Jersey is required if not currently local.

Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000

On-Target Earnings: $120,000+

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Performance-based bonuses (eligible after 60 days)

You understand financial performance, including how to read and utilize P&L statements to guide decision-making.
