We are looking for someone early in their estimating career who is serious about learning the trade. You will work directly alongside experienced estimators and Project Executives on real pursuits from day one, with increasing responsibility as you earn it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Perform quantity takeoffs from construction documents using Stack/Bluebeam Assist in preparing and distributing bid packages via BuildingConnected Track subcontractor bids, maintain the bid log, and follow up through the solicitation period Support bid leveling by compiling responses and flagging scope gaps for senior review Attend pre-bid meetings and assist with site surveys as directed Help maintain the Shames estimating database and pursuit files Support proposal preparation, scope letters, and project handoff documentation WHAT YOU BRING
1-3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a related field Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering construction documents Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam or Procore is a plus Willingness to learn Stack and BuildingConnected Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under deadline pressure Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered OSHA 10 required within 90 days of hire COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary:
