## Executive Compensation Consultant**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** Administration of Thrivent’s executive compensation programs to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in timely.Lead the design and modification of short-term and long-term compensation programs and the associated guidelines, processes, policies and procedures.Develop internal communications and materials to educate applicable audiences (both employees and HR Business Partners) on executive compensation programs and Thrivent’s incentive plansWork with Thrivent’s executive compensation board advisors and ensure all materials related to executive compensation are prepared in time for the appropriate committee meetingsPrepare, update, and create plan documents and other communication materials for annual and long-term incentive plans to ensure Thrivent is in compliance with relevant governance and regulatory requirementsLeverage market data in the consultation and analysis of compensation issues including: analysis of internal and external compensation data, market pricing and evaluating jobs, developing recommendations for new and existing positions across the organization and participating in salary surveysLead cross-functional teams to refine or implement compensation solutionsMay work with HR business partners and Thrivent leaders to proactively understand the talent and reward needs of a division and design/implement solutions to address those needs. **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:** 7+ years compensation experienceAbility to effectively handle highly confidential compensation and other human resources informationExperience leading large, complex projectsExpertise in design/development of compensation solutions/processesCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) certificationExperience working with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and market pricing software (e.g. MarketPay)At Thrivent, we believe money is a tool, not a goal.
