What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the organization’s BI and data analytics strategy, vision, and execution
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
Partner with executive and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights
Establish data governance, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality and consistency
Guide the evolution of data platforms, tools, and reporting frameworks
Lead, mentor, and develop BI and data teams
Prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact and strategic goals
Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and product teams to align data solutions
Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership
Drive continuous improvement in analytics, reporting, and data maturity
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a BI, analytics, or data leadership role
Strong background in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics platforms
Experience translating complex data into clear insights for executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop analytics or BI teams
Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and reporting best practices
Ability to align data initiatives with business strategy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in enterprise or complex business environments preferred
