Join our expanding digital marketing agency focused on helping local and regional clients grow by developing their online footprint as a Growth Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time role with salary and excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with discretionary match, disability and life insurance) located in Jacksonville, Florida. This position has the potential for a hybrid schedule after the first six months of employment.
Responsibilities
Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, social media, content) to attract new users and keep existing ones engaged
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and uncover growth opportunities
Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and product features to optimize conversion rates
Manage the buyer’s journey: lead generation, conversion, retention, and referrals
Create data-driven campaigns that move the needle — creative that converts, analytics that inspire
Work cross-functionally with teams to provide exceptional client work on time and on budget
Partner with leadership to modernize our playbook — introducing new tools (including AI), testing new channels, and pushing creative boundaries
Present insights and strategies with clarity and confidence — you’re the person clients trust to know what’s working and what’s next
Required skills and abilities
1-3 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, and/or full-funnel strategy — ideally in an agency environment
Some experience in at least one of the following: Paid ads, SEO, content marketing, behavioral marketing, or social media (bonus points if you can flex across all five)
A love for data analytics — you use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or Triplewhale as naturally as Google Docs
A love for experimentation — you’re obsessed with improving creative, automation and AI, process, and performance
A background using a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) to enable targeted, data-driven programmatic buying from a single source preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills; you make clients and teams feel confident, aligned, and inspired
Soft Skills
