The team operates ahead of product delivery, translating emerging technologies and customer behaviors into early concepts and frameworks for web and mobile platforms. As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on the structure and logic of future digital products, shaping information architecture, interaction models, and system behavior. Your work ensures emerging ideas form coherent, scalable product foundations that can evolve into production experiences. What You’ll Do

Define clear product structures and information architectures that organize complex features, services, and user journeys. Design scalable interaction models that work consistently across web and mobile platforms. Translate emerging ideas and technologies into tangible product frameworks, prototypes, and experience models. Create high‑fidelity interface designs that clearly communicate systems across key screens, states, and flows. Identify reusable patterns and contribute to shared design systems and component libraries. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore and validate new concepts. Elevate design quality through systems thinking, critique, and mentorship within the design team. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 8 or more years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design for web and or mobile platforms. Proven experience designing complex digital products with strong systems and information architecture. Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear UX frameworks and interaction models. Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross‑functional, distributed environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on advanced, exploratory, or innovation‑focused design initiatives. Background contributing to or evolving design systems at scale. Experience designing platform‑level experiences rather than isolated features. Comfort working ahead of roadmap delivery and shaping early‑stage product direction. Compensation

The expected base compensation for this role is ($188,200-288,500). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position. Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance. Benefits: GM offers a variety of health and wellbeing benefit programs.
