Graphic Designer About the Beam: Beam is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S. with a portfolio of innovative, science-backed, best-selling products. We’ve built a brand loved by millions, and we’re looking for a high-impact, all-hands designer supporting high-volume creative needs across retention, brand, packaging, retail, and marketplace channels. You’ll focus heavily on production-driven design and play a pivotal role in growing Beam’s in-house Creative Team.

What You’ll Do:

Execute high-volume production design across retention, paid, retail, packaging, and marketplace channels

Turn briefs into clean, on-brand creative quickly and accurately

Help keep marketing requests across Beam’s channels moving efficiently

Apply brand guidelines, templates, and systems to keep output consistent and efficient

Partner with marketing and creative leads to prioritize work and hit timelines

Who You Are:

5+ years of experience across digital and production design

Strong technical knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other design packages

Familiarity with a test and learn creative framework: continue looking to iterate and find the next new winner

Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times

Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication skills

Keep a cool head, a “nothing is beneath me attitude” and be able to reprioritize on the fly

High energy, ability to consistently take initiative, and a healthy dose of hustle
