Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quick-cycle sales environment and enjoys both inside and outside sales activities. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships within assigned territory
- Conduct both inside and outside sales activities
- Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
- Manage a quick sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Provide consultative sales support around equipment rental solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
Sales Focus
- Equipment rentals and related services
- Direct customer engagement and account development
- Territory outreach including DMV region (DC, Maryland, Virginia)
- Hybrid work environment with flexibility (no fixed schedule structure)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (construction, equipment rental, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts
