Fulfillment Specialist
– Part-time
Location: 931 Lenoir Rhyne Blvd SE, Hickory, NC 28602
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am‑5:00 pm (up to 28 hours per week)
Overview Embark on your journey as a Part‑time Fulfillment Specialist, where you’ll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry‑leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
Required Position Qualifications
18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
Possess a current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located and meet our driving record requirements for using a company vehicle
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Highly motivated, self‑directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgencyWork independently as well as in a team environment
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25–50 lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam only)
Pass a background check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location
Preferred Position Qualifications
Previous customer service or industry related work experience
