Crcustomelectric, Arizona City, AZ, United States
CR Custom Electric Residential Electrical Foreman (8+ years experience) Mesa, AZ·Full time Company website Apply for Residential Electrical Foreman (8+ years experience)
We’re growing our residential division and looking for a foreman who runs clean jobs, leads their crew, and takes pride in high-end work.
About CR Custom Electric CR Custom Electric’s purpose is to elevate the quality and reliability of construction projects for general contractors throughout the Phoenix metro area through expert electrical contracting services for commercial buildings and luxury custom homes.
Description About CR Custom Electric CR Custom Electric is a family-owned electrical contractor serving the Phoenix metro area since 2001. Our residential division specializes in
luxury custom homes and tract/production housing
— working with premier homebuilders and private clients who expect a high standard of craftsmanship and professionalism on every project.
We’re building a company around strong field leadership, clear expectations, and real accountability. Our foremen are trusted to run their work with authority and support — not second-guessed at every turn. We care about our team and work hard to keep everyone busy and growing.
The Role We’re looking for an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead crews on custom home and production builds across the Phoenix metro. You’ll own your jobs end-to-end — coordinating with builders, managing your crew, and holding the standard for quality and code compliance from rough-in through trim.
If you have the experience, take pride in clean residential work, and want to work somewhere that backs its foremen, we want to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running residential electrical scopes from rough-in through trim and final
Leading field crews — planning daily work, sequencing tasks, keeping jobs on schedule
Coordinating with builders, superintendents, and project managers
Reading and interpreting residential blueprints and electrical plans
Holding the standard for safety, quality, and workmanship on every home
Mentoring apprentices and setting the tone for your crew
Communicating proactively with office and field leadership
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of residential electrical experience
You’ve run jobs — not just worked them
Experience with custom homes, production builds, or both
Confident reading plans, coordinating inspections, and managing scope
Strong understanding of residential electrical codes and safety regulations
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record — you’ll have a company truck
Based in Phoenix metro
What You Get
Competitive pay + overtime + performance bonuses
Take-home company truck
Competitive pay + performance bonuses
Weekly pay, direct deposit
Work directly with ownership
Real input on how things run
Tools & software to do it right
Consistent backlog — we keep our crew busy year-round
One Thing Worth Knowing:
We’re selective about who we hire. That’s intentional — it means the people already on our crew show up, work hard, and hold each other to a high standard. If you’ve spent time carrying more than your share on a poorly‑run crew, you’ll notice the difference here.
