Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is a new position for Vivida Dermatology and is an opportunity for significant growth. We expect a successful candidate to transition to a management position within two years.

Major Goals:
Vivida’s Marketing Coordinator touches a wide range of firm initiatives and projects. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our presence and engaging the community through strategic marketing including social media, community events, liaising with provider groups and other objectives. This role is focused on our advertising through social media channels, community outreach and internally. An interest or experience in creative is preferred. The primary goal is to consistently represent our commitment to quality care for our valued patients and stakeholders.
Key Results Areas
Ensure at least 20% of Mohs referral volume originate from outside Vivida providers
Maintain close oversight of Mohs surgery referral sources, including referral volume and relationship building
Increase GenDerm referral volume greater than 10% YOY
Adhere to establish budgets for initiatives and activities
Maintain and present reports on referral sources, volume and key communication on a monthly basis
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness
Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including social media, patient communication, staff communication, community events, and company parties
Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with followers to foster community relationships
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and other existing platform tools, to measure and optimize campaigns
Liaise with vendors to manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to drive traffic and engagement
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors’ activities to inform strategy adjustments
Assist in graphic design and support content creation
Create, oversee and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
Conduct market research to identify patient needs and trends, and opportunities for growth
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for advertising, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives
Ensure content messaging and uphold the firm’s brand identity across all marketing channels and materials
Develop marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals
Travel to various locations, to meet with staff, providers, facilities, and referring partners
Monitor client satisfaction by communicating regularly with referral sources
Gather feedback and glean insights from visits to improve services
Manage and update company website regularly
Work with internal managers and departments leaders to facilitate growth and patient satisfaction
Staying aware of community events for staff, physicians, and leadership participation
Address new areas for growth
Oversee or assist with company events – parties, community events, open houses and meetings
Performance Measures
Timely and accurate reports to relevant stakeholders

Relationships – As the Marketing Coordinator, you represent our firm in the community. We require interactions with referring providers, staff, vendors and others to be positive and uplifting.
Types of decisions requiring management approval:
Expenses greater than $1,000
Travel outside our normal referral geographies
Deviation from approved vendor or item lists
