Graphic Designer (Los Angeles based)
TUX Creative Co., Los Angeles, CA, United States
At TUX, the position of graphic designer is considered a discipline in itself. Their ideas are innovative and relevant, their curiosity is insatiable, and their rigor is essential. Their ability to work in a fast-evolving environment does not intimidate them; rather, they find inspiration and energy in it.
This role involves several design responsibilities, such as brand identity creation, typography, packaging, advertising mockups, signage, and both print and digital materials. The agency’s unique structure—combining architecture, 3D rendering, and motion design—offers the graphic designer a stimulating multi-disciplinary environment.
Skills & Expertise
Bring a creative perspective to strategic planning and develop (alone or in collaboration) a holistic creative vision aligned with the established strategic direction.
Imagine and design all necessary assets to execute the creative strategy.
Develop original, innovative, and conceptual ideas that reflect sound thinking.
TUX’s holistic vision and 360° offering (communication, branding, photography/video, environmental design) encourage designers to broaden their skill sets and work beyond conventional boundaries.
Organize and present ideas clearly and methodically in presentation documents, in both English and French.
Maintain graphic rigor across all projects, from research to production, regardless of medium or format.
Stay curious and constantly explore cutting-edge creative techniques, proactively testing and implementing them.
What we offer
A 4-day work week with competitive compensation
The right size (not too big, not too small)
Great teams & a diverse client portfolio
Projects across Québec, Canada, and the U.S.
An office located in one of Montréal’s best neighborhoods (Rosemont–Petite‑Patrie)
8 areas of expertise for a fully integrated offering
People‑first management practices built on collaboration, empathy, and personalized growth
Working with us means joining talented, passionate, and supportive teams. It also means thriving in a company culture that values and nurtures curiosity. Yes, you’ll have access to tools and resources to keep learning year‑round, but you’ll also dive into offbeat, out‑of‑the‑box projects—perfect for sparking inspiration. Speaking of which: we work a four‑day week. Because great ideas don’t just happen at the office between 9 and 5. Oh, and we’re idealists. We’re counting on you to help us build a company that’s more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. If this resonates with you, let’s connect!
