Associate Photographer – North Tampa, FL

Overview Associate Photographers are responsible for collecting media for Homes.com and Apartments.com, creating virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photographs. They work remotely with a Photography Manager in local markets.
Responsibilities
Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
Produce a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, applying photography techniques.
Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
When not on a residential assignment, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage and identify new inventory for photography.
Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
Represent CoStar professionally at all times and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Physical Requirements
Repetitive sitting, standing, and walking in a car for up to 8 hours per day.
Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
Repetitive hand and arm movements while typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.
Ability to work and drive during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience.
Real estate photography experience required.
Professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
Experienced drone photographer with an FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
Strong time‑management skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
Independent worker in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Compensation Hourly plus bonus‑eligible position based on performance metrics. Base wage equivalent to $49,000–$50,000 annually with monthly bonuses.
