Your main responsibilities
Drive portfolio growth across Conversions, Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead, while ensuring full compliance with sales management policies
Support and execute Sales priorities, processes, and product/service initiatives to maximize territory performance
Ensure branch and service sales teams conduct consistent, effective meetings focused on KPIs, accountability, and customer experience
Partner with internal departments to implement key initiatives, streamline processes, and support informed decision‑making and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to position Schindler as the preferred service provider
Serve as a subject matter expert on Sales systems, processes, and reporting, providing insights and tools to drive growth opportunities and results
Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management to strengthen sales team capability and execution
What you bring
5+ years of sales experience required
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Self‑motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Prior people leadership experience preferred
Elevator industry preferred
