is hiring a canvasser / appointment setter to help generate local painting leads and book qualified estimates.

This role is for someone who is comfortable talking to people, staying active, handling rejection, and keeping energy up without needing to be pushed every five minutes. Your job is to start conversations, create opportunities, and help get estimate appointments booked.

This is a field and outreach-based role. You may be working neighborhoods, following targeted routes, speaking with homeowners, and helping identify people who need interior, exterior, or cabinet painting services. We want someone who can stay sharp, stay moving, and represent the company professionally.

If you can communicate well, keep a solid attitude, and stay consistent, this role can produce real income and real opportunity.

Requirements

Comfortable speaking with homeowners and starting conversations

Able to handle rejection without losing momentum

Good attitude and dependable follow-through

Willing to work outdoors and stay active

Able to follow routes, scripts, and daily activity expectations

Reliable transportation is preferred

Valid driver’s license is a plus

Canvassing, sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience is a plus but not required

Professional appearance and respectful communication required

Canvass targeted neighborhoods and speak with homeowners

Start conversations about painting needs and project timing

Help identify qualified opportunities

Set estimate appointments when homeowners show interest

Track conversations, leads, and results daily

Follow provided scripts, routes, and expectations

Represent the company professionally in the field

Stay active, consistent, and productive throughout the day

Report outcomes and daily activity clearly
