
Corporate Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in
corporate law within a law firm environment . The position requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience. Candidates with at least
three years of relevant corporate paralegal experience
and a Paralegal Certificate are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assist with corporate documents, filings, and related materials
Work directly with attorneys and clients throughout corporate transactions and closings
Conduct research on corporate entities, ownership structures, and related matters
Support attorneys on a wide range of corporate transactions and ongoing corporate matters
Prepare and manage UCC filings and conduct UCC searches
Navigate Secretary of State procedures and other governmental agency requirements
Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
3+ years of relevant corporate paralegal experience in a
law firm setting
preferred
Paralegal Certificate preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of corporate legal principles and processes
Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and third parties
Proficiency with technology tools used to support attorneys and clients
Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Outlook
