Treasury Management Sales Consultant - Ogden, UT Zions Bank is seeking an experienced Treasury Management Sales Consultant to acquire, expand, and deepen Treasury Management relationships within the Business Banking and Commercial Banking segments. This role is designed for a seasoned Treasury Officer, Business Banker, Relationship Manager, or Commercial Lender with a proven track record of consultative selling and relationship management.

You will manage and grow an established and developing portfolio in Northern Utah, working closely with business and commercial banking partners. This is a sales-oriented, client-facing role requiring advanced discovery skills, referral-based selling, and the ability to deliver tailored Treasury Management solutions that support client cash flow, payments, and liquidity strategies. The position operates in an in-office, performance-driven environment that emphasizes disciplined execution, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new and expanded Treasury Management revenue by proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging business and commercial clients

Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Business Bankers, and Commercial Lenders to receive, qualify, and convert referrals into Treasury Management opportunities

Build and maintain strong internal partnerships that generate a consistent and high-quality referral pipeline

Actively manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound calling, client meetings, referrals, and banker collaboration

Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand client operating models, cash flow cycles, payment needs, fraud exposure, and liquidity considerations

Present and position Treasury Management solutions using a value-based, consultative sales approach

Collaborate with internal partners to identify and close cross-sell opportunities, expanding overall client relationships

Leverage advanced sales fundamentals, including needs-based selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing strategies

Consistently achieve sales activity, pipeline, and revenue goals aligned with the SMB and commercial market

Participate in ongoing sales coaching, training, and performance feedback with readiness for expanded and advanced TM responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Lending, Relationship Management, or a closely related field

Proven experience selling financial solutions in a consultative, relationship-based environment

Demonstrated success in prospecting, referral-based sales, and portfolio expansion

Strong working knowledge of Treasury Management and cash management products, business and commercial banking solutions, payments, receivables, liquidity, and fraud mitigation concepts

Familiarity with applicable banking regulations and compliance requirements

Ability to influence stakeholders, solve client problems, and deliver a high level of customer service

Strong verbal and written communication skills with business owners and internal partners

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate independently

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
