Overview
Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and ongoing development of our 18-hole (+) golf course. This leadership role ensures the highest standards of turf quality, course presentation, and agronomic excellence. Experience in the Florida Panhandle region as a Superintendent is a plus!
Experience Required The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of golf course maintenance and construction, ensuring turf grass conditions meet established standards and elevating the overall course experience. Responsibilities include developing annual budgets, maintaining agronomic activity awareness, implementing Troon Golf Agronomy standards, and supervising department members and associates.
