Overview
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist - Federal to join our Operations team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, accurate, and high-quality conversion of physical documents into digital assets, serving as a critical link in our information management services. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in data integrity and digital transformation. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Process and prepare a high volume of hard copy records for scanning, ensuring all documents are correctly sorted and prepped for efficient conversion. Operate and maintain scanning equipment to accurately convert physical documents into digital images, following strict quality control and production standards. Index and key critical data from documents into multiple software applications with a strong focus on detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity. Ensure compliance with all internal production procedures, security protocols, and client service level agreements to maintain document control and confidentiality. Experience in a high-volume production, administrative, or data entry environment. Strong knowledge of basic PC operations and computer-related products, with proficiency in reading and communicating in English. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a sustained, focused pace to meet production rates and quality targets. Physical requirement: Must be able to lift up to 40lb. Must have a Real ID or Passport. Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons. What We Offer (Benefits)
Salary details: Starting at $17.75/hr, Plus $.50/hr Shift Differential Shifts: Set schedule Monday - Friday; 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am (OT may be required). Location: 1 Archive Dr., St. Louis, MO 63138 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 10 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay.
