Trueline's client, a growing boutique commercial real estate law firm, is seeking a
Senior Real Estate Paralegal - Title Specialist
to join their team in Southern California (Los Angeles or San Diego preferred). This is a high-impact role focused on title and survey review, supporting complex transactions in a collaborative, fully remote environment with strong team connectivity.
What You’ll Do as the Senior Real Estate Paralegal:
Review and analyze title reports, commitments, and surveys for commercial real estate transactions
Identify and resolve title issues, exceptions, and risks
Support attorneys through due diligence, closing, and post-closing processes
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Maintain organized transaction records and documentation
Must-Haves as the Senior Real Estate Paralegal:
7+ years of transactional real estate paralegal experience in California
Deep expertise in title and survey review, including ALTA and CLTA endorsements
Background with a well-regarded law firm or real estate practice
Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and financing structures
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Real Estate Paralegal:
Experience working on high-volume, complex commercial transactions
Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment
Exposure to purchase, sale, and loan transactions across asset types
