As an Assistant Kitchen & Bath Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our trade partners and their customers by delivering design solutions and exceptional service that bring projects to life.

What You’ll Do
Track and manage the status of kitchen & bath projects
Place, monitor, and follow up on all K&B product orders
Communicate effectively with the sales team, customers, and contractors
Maintain the appearance and organization of showroom K&B displays
Prepare and present product selections and design solutions to customers
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and updates
Build product knowledge across K&B categories and materials
Generate quotes and ensure accurate order processing
Assist with design work using 20/20 software as needed
Participate in educational and networking events for trade professionals
You Might Be a Great Match If You Have
Experience in sales and/or customer service
At least 1 year of kitchen and bath design experience
Confidence in preparing and presenting product selections to clients
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (preferred)
Experience with 20/20 design software (a plus)
RFMS experience (a plus)
