Apartment Leasing Consultant - Boston Crossing
WPM seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at Boston Crossing Apartments in Baltimore, MD. As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges.
We are looking for candidates with a customer service, sales, or marketing background. Leasing and Entrata software experience is a plus. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability.
Location:
Baltimore, MD
Pay:
$19/hour (based on leasing experience) + commission and bonus opportunities
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Saturday as needed
What You’ll Do
Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
Assist with applications and collect required documentation
Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
Support community events and resident retention initiatives
Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasksMaintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
What We’re Looking For
Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to multitask in a busy office setting
Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred
$19/hour (based on experience) + commission & bonuses
